Mark!! Sorry it has taken me so long to find you on here and respond to your amazingly awesome letter you sent back in June! I can’t tell you how fun it was to get old-fashioned mail (well, sort of… it was typed, but still a letter ) and hear about how your life is going! I will bookmark this page and make sure I check in more often. I’m looking forward to hearing more. Thanks for thinking of us! As always, anytime you are in Atlanta, you have a place to stay. Mark – I don’t think your job is in danger. Like Anna F said, “your role might just be changing” and on the perfect or imperfect part, let’s let God be the judge of that. From where I sat it looked pretty good to me; I’m just saying.

mark, i am reminded of the scripture, “Who despises the day of small things?” Zech 4:10. at my age i have learned to rejoice in the littlest thing, like just getting up in the AM or knowing my family serves the Lord.

I am so impressed with you but then i always knew you had a deep spiritual hunger that only God could fill. Serve the Lord Mark! Mrs. Montsinger <

Blake’s Sub, Thank you for the words that described the sights and sounds of what Blake experienced that day…Something I will never be able to know or understand…what he felt seconds after he realized someone had truly been shot, the fear of seeing a fellow classmate with a gun walking towards you, and the fear that you could possibly be shot by virtue of just being at your locker. However, what Blake and I DO KNOW is God was watching over him…and that gives us peace.

Thank you, God, for your contiunuous protection over my children.

Mark, what a beautiful witness about the provision of God. when things like this happen people tend to blame God because they don’t believe there is a devil or that we live in a fallen creation, even though that is the way it is. God is the balm not the cause. God heals and gives peace, He doesn’t destroy and cause havoc. Spread this truth and not the lie that God did this tragic act because He did not. “the thief (Satan) comes to steal and to kill, I (Jesus) come that you may have life and have it abundantly.”

Lift high His name. Jesus is LORD.
